Minnesota's Premier Bike Shop Brings Expert Service Back to the City Where it All Began Friday, April 11

Freewheel Bike, Minnesota's trusted cycling resource since 1974, is excited to announce the opening of its newest location on Friday, April 11.

This exciting expansion marks Freewheel Bike's eighth metro location and our continued commitment to supporting local cyclists with expert service, high-quality gear, and a passion for all things bike.

Located at 750 SE 9th St, the new Freewheel features a full-service repair shop, suspension service center, bike wash station, and the same wide selection of bikes and riding gear our community of Fanatics has come to expect.

This new location is in the center of a new healthy lifestyle hideaway! Directly surrounding the new Freewheel Bike, you'll find a Cross-Fit Gym, a gymnastics studio, a soccer complex, a martial arts studio, a dance company, a cold plunge/sauna, a 24/7 private climbing studio, an indoor skate park+shop, and more fitness-related businesses. Directly across the street is the Minneapolis Cider Co., which houses indoor pickleball and brews some of the country's most in-demand beverages, and next door is the Luminare event center! We're confident this unique environment will be an excellent home for a thriving new Freewheel Bike Minneapolis.
